Our grandsons Gabriel and Matthew
I never knew how much I would enjoy being a grandfather. Grandchildren are twice the fun and half the responsibility.
Gabriel was born January, 2001 and Matthew was born October, 2002. Matthew is dressed up because he just
graduated from kindergarden.

Our second rental
In 1992, we purchased this manufactured home in The Farm, a community in Wildomar consisting of factory-built homes on
their own lots. This one had been set up in one of the first phases in 1978. All the street names in
The Farm come right from the farm, such as Tractor Trail, Wheatfield Circle, Harvest Way, and Barley Lane. The Farm
has two swimming pools, a tennis court, an RV parking lot, an amphitheater, fish ponds, parks, mini citrus groves, and
numerous hiking trails.

This is our last rental purchase, and the home we hope to move into some day.
We purchased this home in November, 2008 and hope to move into it ourselves within a few years. It has everything
we want in a "retirement" house: low-maintenance yard, a 3-car garage, 4 bedrooms, and it is single story. It
is in an area of Wildomar known as Windsong Valley.
The house below is a small 3-bedroom, 2-bath manufactured home on a half- acre lot in Wildomar that we bought in
1999. From 2002 until 2007, our daughter Angela lived here with her two boys.
